It takes efforts to have upgraded body, wellbeing, peaceful mind and home filled with love

VADODARA, India - June 27, 2026 - PRLog -- It took conscious efforts to get a body with well-being, mind that is peaceful and home which is filled with love. Often times, we do not remember what type of efforts it takes to just keep good well-being, exceptional fitness, peaceful mind and build home which is filled with love. We succedded in that.

Our little incidents hold a larger importance over the ccourse of life. Incidents of Love, Effort, Genuine Concern, Peaceful Mind, Nurturing Family.

We made few time-lapses into exceptional phases of our lives. It is good to build house out of home, it takes good amount of efforts. As a family together, we reached milestones that would not have been achieved if we were not operating as a home.

Love is that constant ingredient that enriches our lives. It builds home out of houses and creates atmosphere of concern, genuine efforts and growth. It can also upgrade lives of lots of people. What we have in our heart and minds, it eventually comes out. If we hold welfare and love, it will come out. People around will also see that and live that.

I personally gave efforts to get my BMI at range of 22. It was about to cross 25 and various efforts like Spiritual fasting, good diet, few regimes provided good well-being. In addition, we also got BMI of each and every family member in the range. My parents pursue 15 minutes of Yogasana and various exercises in morning, walk together for 15 minutes in evening, have conscious diet, perform spiritual fast and also update regime as per requirement. It has been opportunity to give genuine efforts for the elders - our grandfather. It is still in good well-being at 95 years of age.

In addition, I had this opportunity to work across Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, got my postulates successfully verified and finally achieved milestones at par with Series A - Series B funded apps. Exceptional team at all important ports and big milestones. We have won based on postulate based methodology and got India's first AI driven personal growth and upgrade startup. Curated few strategic campaigns and manifestos for USD 250 Billion regimes which were implemented and got good wins, also purused implementation of welfare schemes, innate methodology behind management of states as per metrices and it has been one of the surreal experiences to explore oneself across various ministries.

Permanent Resolutions and Big Wins. It took us lots of efforts behind the scenes, however we have also achieved big wins. Also identified where our efforts are going on their own, however these efforts have paid off, welfare has preceeded.
