SHERIDAN, Wyo. - June 26, 2026 - PRLog -- Ultimate Business Capital LLC today announced the launch of Vectus Funding, a fee-only commercial finance brokerage and successor to the firm's prior UBizCap brand. Vectus Funding advises businesses on commercial credit alternatives, with a specialization in working with merchants who hold one or more existing merchant cash advance positions.

The brokerage concentrates on a defined segment of the small-business credit market: operators carrying short-duration MCA balances who are evaluating their next financing step. Vectus Funding sources additional capacity for qualified merchants and, where the underwriting supports it, advises on restructuring existing advances into a line of credit or a term loan.
