Ainvis Local — a free, on-your-PC AI executive team for Claude Code (open source)

CHUO-KU, Japan - June 26, 2026 - PRLog -- XPAND K.K. has released Ainvis Local, a free and open-source plugin for Claude Code that puts a small AI executive team on your own computer. Five AI executives — a COO, CTO, CFO, CMO and CXO — talk through your business decisions with you, each from its own functional perspective.

Ainvis Local is not a chatbot or a standalone app. It runs inside Claude Code, on your machine. It does not communicate with XPAND's servers, and your data does not leave your PC — the only external connection is your own Claude API. Conversation history, meeting minutes and decisions are saved as local Markdown files, and the executives can answer from the real documents you place in a local library folder (local retrieval).

A bundled "boardroom" viewer simply displays those local Markdown files. It does not connect to any Claude account; it works alongside Claude Code rather than re-authenticating it.

The plugin is free and open source under Apache-2.0. To use it, you bring your own Claude Code and a paid Claude plan (Pro/Max) or API key — Ainvis Local itself adds no subscription, no account registration and no recurring fee. It is offered as a Free edition; optional paid voice or add-on packs are under consideration and not yet committed.

The interface, website and demo are available in 44 languages, and the board converses in your language.

For teams or always-on use, XPAND offers the cloud version, Ainvis, on Microsoft Azure with Microsoft Teams and voice. Because Ainvis Local keeps history as portable Markdown, that history can be imported into the cloud version.
