AGPLAW Proudly Sponsors First Poker Run Cyprus 2026, Successfully Concluded

LIMASSOL, Cyprus - June 25, 2026 - PRLog -- AGPLAW proudly sponsored the First Poker Run Cyprus 2026, organised by the Cyprus Yacht Owners Club (CYOC), held from 29–31 May 2026, which was successfully concluded. The event marked a new milestone for Cyprus's yachting scene. It brought together yacht owners, boating enthusiasts, sponsors, and guests for three days of sailing, networking, and shared experiences along the island's coastline.

The idea behind Poker Run Cyprus was simple. Create an annual event that combines boating, lifestyle, and community in one experience. This first edition did exactly that.

The journey covered some of Cyprus's most iconic coastal spots, including Limassol Marina, Larnaca Marina, Ayia Napa, Cape Greco, Konnos Bay, Zygi Marina, and Lady's Mile in Limassol. Each stop added its own energy to the event.

A wide mix of vessels took part, including RIBs, speedboats, leisure yachts, and superyachts such as the Superyacht Big Easy. The variety of boats created a lively and dynamic atmosphere throughout the event.

One of the most memorable moments came at Konnos Bay. Boats anchored together overnight and formed a floating community at sea. Guests enjoyed music, food, swimming and relaxed conversations under the open sky. It felt more like a floating festival than a traditional boating event.

The final day included a coastal cruise with stops at Zygi Marina and Guaba Beach Bar before the fleet returned to Limassol for the closing celebration at Columbia Sun, Lady's Mile.

The Best Poker Hand Award went to Mr. Polis Tofinis for his participation with the powerboat MOANA. The organisers also recognised Mr. Marios Iordanou with the Industry Leadership Award for his contribution to the Cyprus yachting sector. A special appreciation award was presented to Mr. Heinrich Schoeller for his strong support in launching the first edition of the event.
