Northern Firms Team Up to Launch Bespoke Holiday Home Concept for UK Tourism Sector

DEESIDE, Wales - June 24, 2026 - PRLog -- A NORTH Wales holiday park and a Yorkshire caravan manufacturer have joined forces to introduce a new level of personalisation to the UK holiday home market, allowing buyers to help design single-unit static caravans around their individual lifestyles and needs.

Maes Mynan Park, near Caerwys, has partnered with Beverley Leisure Homes (BLH), based in Tickton near Beverley, to create bespoke holiday homes tailored to customers' preferences, accessibility requirements and budgets.

The collaboration is bringing a concept more commonly associated with luxury lodges into the single-unit static caravan sector, where buyers have traditionally chosen from a standard range of layouts and specifications.

Maes Mynan directors Peter and Louise Barlow believe the approach will appeal to customers looking for a holiday home that better reflects how they live.

"We know what our holiday homeowners want because we listen to them," said Louise.

"People are increasingly looking for a second home that reflects how they live.

"It's not just about colours and fabrics anymore. It could be where a sink is positioned, adding extra luxury features including grab rails, creating wheelchair-friendly access, installing ramps to decking areas, having multiple access points, converting a second bedroom into a home office, or even designing a dedicated area where a dog can dry off after a walk around the lake.

"These may sound like simple changes, but they can make a huge difference to how people use and enjoy their holiday home."

BLH, one of the UK's fastest-growing holiday home manufacturers, operates from a solar-powered factory in East Yorkshire and has built a reputation for working closely with park operators to develop homes that meet evolving customer expectations.

Accessibility and inclusivity have become increasingly important considerations, with BLH working alongside occupational therapists to create adapted living spaces for wheelchair users and neurodiverse residents.
