SAAFE Transitions to BLACC and Launches New Initiative

WASHINGTON - June 18, 2026 - PRLog -- WORxK Solutions, LLC proudly announces the continued expansion and evolution of its community initiative, SAAFE (Strategic Alliance of African American and Female Entrepreneurs), now rebranded as BLACC: Black Ladies Amplifying Career Confidence. Building on a strong foundation of connection, support, and professional development, BLACC is entering a new chapter focused on empowering Black women through career confidence, leadership growth, and career resiliency.

Since its launch, SAAFE has served as a trusted space for more than 1,400 Black women to connect, share experiences, and support one another through professional and personal milestones. This transition reflects a renewed commitment to creating intentional spaces where women can continue to grow, build meaningful professional relationships, and strengthen their confidence in today's evolving workforce.

BLACC is a social and career empowerment community created to connect Black women who are committed to growing, advancing, and supporting one another in their professional journeys. The group provides a welcoming and supportive environment where women can build authentic relationships, exchange ideas, and engage in conversations that strengthen confidence and leadership presence in the workplace.

It represents a deeper commitment to helping women build confidence in their careers while creating spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered," said Dr. Taylor. "As I begin my journey as Dr. Maryland America 2026, I am excited to continue advocating for career resiliency and providing opportunities for women to connect and grow together."

Through BLACC, members will have access to quarterly events, monthly office hours, and structured opportunities to engage with peers and professionals who understand the realities of navigating careers, leadership, and workplace challenges.

As part of this next phase, BLACC has also launched The Open Door Sessions | Peer2Peer Support, a bi-monthly community initiative designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for open dialogue. Unlike traditional workshops or presentations, The Open Door Sessions are intentionally structured as Zoom drop-in conversations where participants can ask questions about career transitions, workplace challenges, leadership development, burnout, and personal growth, with Dr. Taylor responding in real time.

BLACC currently operates through active chapters in Washington, DC and Atlanta, creating opportunities for women across regions to build community, access resources, and participate in both virtual and in-person programming.

The organization continues to emphasize continuity in community engagement while expanding opportunities for connection, collaboration, and professional development under the BLACC name.
