What Is FFC?

Future Fit Corporates is a Caregiver Saathi initiative that has spent two seasons doing something rare: getting India's CHROs and corporate leaders to speak honestly about caregiving in the workplace. Not as a welfare topic. Not as an HR checkbox. But as a genuine leadership issue that shapes culture, retention, and performance.
