Nottingham Coach Launches 12-Week Programme for Excluded and At-Risk Young PeopleParinama Life Coaching introduces the 5-Phase Fulfilment Plan, a structured coaching pathway for students in Alternative Provision and PRU settings across Nottingham and the East Midlands.
The service centres on the 5-Phase Fulfilment Plan, a structured 12-week programme delivered through 1:1 and small-group coaching. Each phase addresses the specific challenges faced by excluded or at-risk students, from identity crisis and loss of structure to disengagement and lowered personal standards. The five phases are: Life Management Audit, Activate the Will, Accessing the Fire, Lock In and Surge, and Legacy Game Plan. Together they move students from crisis and drift to clarity, confidence, and a credible plan for their next steps in education, training or work. Dean Palmer said: "These young people are not broken -- they are underserved. They have resilience, humour, loyalty, and drive. My job is to redirect those qualities into something they can believe in. The 5-Phase Plan gives them a structure that is honest, practical, and built around who they actually are." The programme is available to individual students, commissioned by schools and PRUs for targeted cohorts, or arranged directly by parents. Formats include 1:1 coaching, small-group sessions of four to eight students, and a hybrid model combining both. All coaching is aligned with safeguarding expectations and includes agreed goals and straightforward progress reporting so commissioners can track and evidence impact over time. Dean Palmer brings a background in high-pressure sales, teaching, and team management. Parinama -- a Sanskrit word for transformation -- reflects the philosophy at the heart of the programme: that change is possible at any point, when the right structure and support are in place.
