By: Kalumite Royal Society (KRS) Press The restored Castle complex measures approximately 950,000 conventional square feet, equivalent to approximately 1,515,789 Kalumite Imperial Square Mensurae. More than 2,000 pages of architectural restoration plans have been submitted to the Ach Benoît Construction Guild, the sovereign architectural and construction authority responsible for the review, preservation, and lawful stewardship of Kalutian sacred architecture. The Castle is restored as a royal, religious, archival, ceremonial, missionary, educational, and administrative seat of the Dominion. Its restoration is not a commercial development, tourist attraction, or museum spectacle. It is a work of civilizational continuity: Kalum exercises pre‑Westphalian sovereignty — an ancient, covenantal, and non‑territorial order that does not depend on modern state recognition nor on the disclosure of precise coordinates to function lawfully. The Dominion is a private theocratic national government situated within Oceanus Atlanteus, more commonly known as the Atlantic Ocean. For national security reasons, the precise coordinates of the Isle are not disclosed to non-citizens without proper authorization. Scholarly coordination requires an ORCID ID; intergovernmental coordination requires an ISNI; and missions, workers, and Dominion personnel operate under a Ministry-assigned QRN. The Dominion maintains a strong diplomatic presence in Sweden. This nondisclosure is not secrecy for secrecy's sake. It is a protective doctrine shaped by historical experience. Indigenous islands, royal and priestly lineages, sacred archives, advanced knowledge systems, and removed descendants have often been endangered when missionary, colonial, commercial, academic, or political systems treated hidden societies as primitive, available, or open to outside control. Kalum rejects that assumption. Protected geography may indicate higher stewardship, not lesser development. The Castle Restoration Initiative therefore serves as a protective public record: establishing lawful witness, protecting missionaries, safeguarding descendants, clarifying the historical record, and preventing predatory actors from defining Kalum in the absence of Kalum's own voice. "The restoration of the Castle is a restoration of memory, measure, sanctuary, and lawful continuity," The protected location of the Isle remains undisclosed to the public to maintain national security.
