NEW YORK & LOS ANGELES - June 9, 2026 - PRLog -- K2 Integrity, a global leader in risk management, investigations, and assurance services, today announced the acquisition of RiskFront AI, an innovative developer and provider of agentic AI systems to automate financial crime compliance and risk operations. The addition of RiskFront AI and its experienced team, led by co-founders Andy Bethurum and Mikhail Abramchyk, will provide K2 with industry-leading AI-enabled capabilities to help clients achieve meaningful cost savings, as well as increased quality and consistency in their financial crime operations.
