Scarsdale Median Home Price Tops $1.8 Million As Buyers Compete For Limited Inventory

SCARSDALE, N.Y. - June 4, 2026 - PRLog -- Scarsdale is entering the summer real estate season with no signs of slowing down. According to the OneKey MLS Local Market Update for April 2026, the median sale price for a single-family home reached $1,812,000. Homes sold in a median of just 9 days, and sellers received an average of 119.1% of their original asking price. Only 46 homes were available for sale during the month while 63 new listings came to market — buyers still had far more competition than choices.

Looking at the rolling 12-month picture, inventory held at 48 homes, sellers averaged 107.1% of their original list price, and the median days on market was 40 days.
