Most recently, as Vice President of IT and Cybersecurity (acting CIO) at EPIC Midstream, Zuniga built the company's entire IT and OT infrastructure from the ground up, directed an Azure migration of mission-critical SCADA workloads, and implemented Zero-Trust architecture across pipeline and maritime facilities — improving system resilience and efficiency by 40%.

Earlier, he governed multimillion-dollar outsourcing agreements, generated eight-figure savings, and managed global end-user computing for Fortune 200 companies including Calpine and LyondellBasell. He founded Two Rivers Information Technology Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
