Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., led by Anna D. Banks, Certified AI Consultant, Executive Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and Founder, is introducing FaithForLeaders™ Faith leaders are carrying more than Sunday morning. They are preaching, teaching, counseling, planning, managing volunteers, writing announcements, organizing outreach, and responding to real community needs, often with limited staff and shrinking time. The calling is sacred. The workload is real. The support must be practical. FaithForLeaders™ Participants learn how to use AI to support sermon and teaching preparation, church announcements, newsletters, volunteer recruitment messages, meeting agendas, ministry operations, prompt writing, weekly productivity workflows, and 30-day implementation planning. The ideal pilot format includes six hours of instruction delivered in person, virtually, or hybrid, with a recommended cohort size of 25 to 100 participants. Participants leave with real prompts, real drafts, a guided workbook, ministry communication templates, sermon and teaching support exercises, a reusable AI Ministry Toolkit, a 30-day implementation plan, a certificate of completion, and the FaithForLeaders™ "Faith leaders do not need more pressure. They need practical support that honors their mission," said Banks. "This program gives leaders a safe, values-aligned way to use AI so they can save time, communicate more clearly, and serve with greater capacity." Pilot partnership opportunities are now open for select churches, ministry networks, seminaries, faith-based organizations, clergy associations, and funders.
