"Why Are Smart Women Still Repeating the Same Relationship Mistakes?New Salon Series Tackles a Growing Problem."Women Are More Self-Aware Than Ever. So Why Are So Many Still Stuck?"
By: The Badass Arts™ This summer, Bernard will launch an intimate in-person salon series designed for thoughtful, high-capacity women who are successful on paper but find themselves repeating the same patterns in relationships, leadership, self-worth, and decision-making. "Women often know exactly what's tripping them up," Bernard says. "They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and done the work. Yet many still find themselves second-guessing their instincts, overthinking decisions, abandoning their own needs, or repeating patterns they thought they had already outgrown. They know what to do. They just don't understand why they keep doing something different." Unlike traditional networking events or self-help workshops, The Badass Arts salons are intentionally small gatherings focused on authentic dialogue, emotional insight, and practical transformation. Participants are invited into meaningful conversations about self-trust, identity, grief, relationships, emotional intelligence, and the unseen stories that influence how people live and lead. Upcoming salon topics include:
"The women who come into these rooms are often carrying invisible burdens," Bernard explains. "They're the strong ones, the capable ones, the ones everyone else relies on. Yet many quietly struggle with exhaustion, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and feeling disconnected from themselves. These salons create space for honest conversations that help interrupt those patterns." The Badass Arts™ exists to help women move beyond intellectual understanding and into meaningful, embodied change with more self-trust, emotional clarity, and authenticity. About The Badass Arts™ The Badass Arts™ helps thoughtful, emotionally intelligent women recognize the patterns that keep showing up in their lives, interrupt them in real time, and become the women who choose differently. Through intimate salons, speaking engagements, and transformational experiences, founder Tina Bernard helps women live with more soul, sass, and substance.
