PHILADELPHIA - May 28, 2026 - PRLog -- EASWE has announced the launch of the EASWE C20, a foldable carbon fiber electric wheelchair designed to address two of the most common concerns among mobility users and caregivers: excessive wheelchair weight and limited battery range.

Lightweight Carbon Fiber Design for Easier Transport

One of the biggest challenges for wheelchair users and caregivers is often not driving the chair — but lifting it.
Traditional electric wheelchairs commonly weigh between 50 and 70 lb, making loading and unloading difficult for many households. According to EASWE, the C20 weighs only 28 lb, making it significantly lighter than many traditional power wheelchairs in its category.
The lightweight carbon fiber frame is intended to help simplify:
  • Loading into vehicle trunks
  • Carrying over small steps or thresholds
  • Indoor storage
  • Independent handling by caregivers or family members
Dual Removable Batteries Support Longer Mobility Range

Battery range remains one of the most important purchasing considerations for power wheelchair users.
The EASWE C20 includes:
  • 2 × 10Ah detachable lithium batteries
  • Simultaneous dual-battery installation
  • Up to 25 miles of maximum range
The removable battery system also allows users to charge batteries separately indoors without moving the wheelchair itself.
According to EASWE, the dual-battery configuration is designed to provide additional reliability for users attending medical appointments, shopping trips, family visits, and longer outdoor outings.

Foldable Structure Designed for Travel and Storage

The C20 features a compact folding design intended for vehicle transport and home storage.
Folded Dimensions
16 × 23.4 × 34.6 in
Expanded Dimensions
38 × 23.4 × 37 in
Its narrow folded profile is designed to fit more easily into standard vehicle trunks and limited storage spaces.

Indoor and Outdoor Driving Performance

The EASWE C20 is equipped with:
  • 2 × 200W brushless motors
  • 360° joystick controller with LCD display
  • Electromagnetic braking system
Brushless motors are designed to operate more quietly while requiring less maintenance than traditional brushed motors. Combined with joystick steering and electromagnetic braking, the system is intended to support controlled maneuverability indoors and outdoors, including on moderate slopes.
The wheelchair also includes:
  • 7-inch front solid tires
  • 8.5-inch rear solid tires
  • Maximum climbing angle of 12°
Solid tires eliminate puncture concerns and reduce maintenance requirements compared with pneumatic tires.

Comfort Features for Daily Use

While lightweight mobility chairs are often associated with minimal seating support, the C20 incorporates several comfort-focused features for longer outings, including:
  • 17.5-inch seat width
  • Ergonomic memory foam cushion
  • Suspension system in both the seat and front wheels
EASWE states that the wheelchair is designed to remain comfortable during both short trips and extended daily use.

Availability

The EASWE C20 is available through the company's official website.
