PiLink Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of the "PLECO" series, an industrial edge AI platform optimized for factory automation, industrial IoT, machine vision, robotics, and infrastructure monitoring applications.

The product lineup includes the high-performance "PLECO E5" based on Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 and the cost-optimized "PLECO E4" based on Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4.

PLECO integrates AI processing, industrial control, and communication functions into a compact industrial platform designed for rapid development and deployment. The platform supports no-code / low-code workflows and enables seamless transition from prototyping and PoC to mass deployment using the same hardware architecture.

One of the key features of PLECO is its Raspberry Pi 5-compatible internal board layout and GPIO40-pin configuration, allowing many existing Raspberry Pi HAT modules to be used directly.

Supported expansion options include AI accelerators, LTE communication modules, NVMe SSD storage, industrial I/O modules, PoE modules, and camera modules.
