What INVEST approval means Under the programme, qualifying investors who back approved companies receive a direct grant equal to 20 percent of their investment from the German government. A €50,000 investment effectively costs the investor €40,000 once the grant is applied. INVEST approved companies represent a narrow and pre-vetted subset of the market.
