The Grand Cru release new single... "Warriors In Control"

There would only be one name on that list... The Grand Cru!

The Grand Cru have a brand new single "Warriors In Control" which comes from their 8 track album... 'September 11 – Music To Heal Your Soul'. This catchy, memorable, upbeat, Pop influenced track was co-written between 3 well known Welsh male singer/songwriters and a female US (Floridian) songwriter. The Grand Cru includes... ex Jesus Christ Superstar lead, Steve Balsamo, multi-award winning singer/songwriter Darren Parry, high-class performer Lee Gilbert and the sassy Bonnie Skop!

Darren says... "Steve, Lee, Bonnie and I wrote "Warriors In Control" predominantly on Zoom, we wanted it to have a bit of a retro feel, a bit Motown, a bit Mark Ronson, a touch of Duffy... but with a modern twist and 'The Cru' stamp on it". "Warriors In Control" is the 5th single from their album following on from..."I Was There" (and others) which was shown on the big screen for the National Guard (EANGUS) 9/11 Remembrance Gala at The One World Trade Centre building in New York on 11th Sept last year for a star - studded event, hosted by Kelsey Grammer (Frasier).

"Warriors" has used an array of talent including Dai Griff Productions on production/recording duties. The song features special guest Kirstie Roberts (Chimpan A) on backing vox, as well as The Cru. Bonnie recorded her vocals in the USA and sent them over to Wales!
