The workout will take place on the resort's Sunset Terrace overlooking the Gulf and serves as a tribute to First Lt. Michael Murphy. The Murph workout includes a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and a final one-mile run. Modifications are welcome, making the event accessible to participants of all fitness levels.
