Anna D. Banks to Speak at NAWDP's 2026 Business Services Academy

Banks, Founder and Managing Director of Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., has been selected to present at the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals' 2026 Business Services Academy, scheduled for August 17–19, 2026, in Las Vegas.

Banks' accepted session, "From Employer Needs to Talent Pipelines: A Practical Framework for Business Services Teams," will help business services professionals strengthen employer engagement, identify workforce gaps, and move beyond transactional job order conversations toward long-term talent pipeline development.
