The interactive touchscreen kiosk POLYTOUCH® SWIFT 24 by Pyramid, powered by eyefactive's interactive kiosk software, enables customers to place orders at the fresh food meat counter digitally without waiting in line. While staff prepares the order in parallel, customers can continue shopping. The solution improves convenience, reduces waiting times, and delivers a future-proof smart retail customer experience at the point of sale.

Edeka Jensen, a grocery store located in Uetersen near Hamburg, partnered with eyefactive to introduce an innovative interactive touchscreen kiosk solution at its meat counter.
