By: BeRex Operating on a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, the BSW6540 and BSW6543 (SP4T) deliver a broad frequency range from 5 MHz to 10 GHz, while the BSW6550 and BSW6553 (SP5T) support up to 9 GHz in 50Ω systems. Empowered by patent-granted technology, these switches deliver the industry's highest isolation—reaching up to 59 dB (RFc-RFx) and 59 dB (RFx-RFx) at 4 GHz. Despite this superior isolation, they maintain a low insertion loss ranging from 0.73 dB to 1.06 dB. Combined with high-linearity performance (IP1dB up to 35.6 dBm and IIP3 up to 64 dBm), these switches are an ideal solution for 5G BTS and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) applications. The BSW6540 and BSW6550 are housed in 24-lead QFN packages measuring 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.75 mm, while the BSW6543 and BSW6553 feature a more compact 20-lead QFN form factor at 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.55 mm, have an ESD HBM rating of ±1.5KV (BSW6540), ±2.0KV (BSW6543) and ±1.0KV (BSW6550, BSW6553) and require no external DC blocking capacitors if DC is not presented at the RF port.
