NEW YORK - May 5, 2026 - PRLog -- iBrì Abar'Rishoni AmaruKhan InDios People Governance (Country Code IAI), hereby formally declares the lawful establishment of the First Nation Abar'Rishoni People Embassy (FNAP-Embassy), asserting jurisdictional presence and plenary authority and across North, South, and Central Americas.

This declaration is issued as an irrevocable international act in the form of a Declaratory Foreign Affidavit, constituting constructive notice to all instrumentalities, entities, agencies, including but not limited to the fifty state-level annexations, and their respective jurisdictions, in connection with the entity commonly referenced as the United States et al.

The FNAP-Embassy, originally declared in 2014 and formally noticed to the United Nations in 2015, operates under the authority of the YaShaRahLa KINGDOM CommonWealth, an asserted sovereign body politic of the Nation of YaShar'AL.
