Boundless Creations Bookshop to Carry Award-Winning Epic Fantasy Series: The New Blood Saga

LOGAN, Utah - April 29, 2026 - PRLog -- W.D. Kilpack III, an award‑winning fantasy author from West Jordan, has partnered with Boundless Creations Bookshop in Smithfield, Utah, to carry his internationally acclaimed epic‑fantasy series, The New Blood Saga. A launch event will be held Saturday, May 9, at 11 a.m. at Boundless Creations, 884 S Main St, Smithfield.

The event highlights Kilpack's newest release, Usurper's Might: Book Six of New Blood, published March 30, 2026. The saga has earned 44 international awards across its first five titles—Crown Prince, Order of Light, Demon Seed, Rilari, Vengeance Borne—praised for emotional depth, layered world‑building, and themes of vengeance, destiny, and sacrifice.

Usurper's Might continues the story of Natharr, Guardian of Maarihk; Nathan (Vikari), crown prince; and Ellis the Elder, who has lived since the Gods walked. As the Usurper's power spreads, the Rilari scatter, and the Knights of Ril fight to preserve the last remnants of peace as Natharr's Sight warns of approaching darkness.

Co‑owner Jon Irwin said, "Local authors need a space to thrive. When we met Kilpack at StoryCon, the New Blood Saga sounded like something we wanted to share with our community." The series will total eight books, with Dark Guard and Guardian completing it. Kilpack noted, "They're all written and went through the bedtime‑story stage with my wife but are still being edited."

Beyond New Blood, Kilpack has published the Native American sci‑fi novella Pale Face—in movie development—and the first two books of the dystopian military trilogy Battle Calm Cycle: Battle Calm and Battle Calm: Omega Message. These earned nine additional awards, including Honorable Mention in L. Ron Hubbard's Writers of the Future Contest, bringing his total to 53 international honors.

"For as long as I can remember, I've been writing and telling stories," Kilpack said. "Before I learned to write, I drew spaceships and acted out battles, erasing parts blown away by enemies. I've blown up the U.S.S. Enterprise 10,000 times."
