Plated Possibilities Launches Luxury Culinary Series Celebrating Black Women Chefs In Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - April 23, 2026 - PRLog -- Plated Possibilities, a new Charlotte-based culinary series, is bringing five immersive, themed dining experiences to the Queen City — each one spotlighting the artistry of Black women chefs and rooted in sustainability, storytelling, and community.

The series is led by culinary artists Chef Reyaña Radcliff, Chef Tiore McFarland, and Chef Marketa Anita Appiah, who are together redefining what an elevated dining experience can look and feel like in Charlotte. Each multi-course dinner pairs locally sourced ingredients with intentional design and cultural connection, highlighting a featured chef or chef collaboration while partnering with local venues, artisans, and producers.

Plated Possibilities was created to celebrate culinary excellence while addressing the visibility gap that too often exists for Black women in the food and hospitality industry. By centering their creativity and leadership, the series positions each chef not only as a culinary talent but as a visionary shaping Charlotte's evolving food culture.

The inaugural dinner, The Sisterhood Social, took place on March 8, 2026, in honor of International Women's Day. The next event, Mom's Night Out, is set for May 10, 2026 (Mother's Day), in partnership with Don Luchi Wines and Opera Carolina. Subsequent dinners are scheduled for July 19, September 13, and November 8, with themes and locations to be announced.
