The client describes the business process to be automated or extended, and the Mixvoip team handles configuration, integration and ongoing optimisation. No technical expertise is required on the client side. The service includes a Business SLA with Help & Supportdesk. Real-world use cases across sectors MixAssistant handles everyday situations across multiple industries by managing calls, qualifying requests, and directly scheduling appointments or callbacks for businesses such as medical practices, tradespeople, law firms, restaurants, and car dealerships. Integrations and automation MixAssistant connects to the tools already in place within the business: CRM, calendar, email, and more than 250 business applications. Full SIP integration with Mixvoip's Cloud PBX enables rapid deployment. Data compliance and security MixAssistant operates under the strictest European standards.
