Good Experience of Escorting World Leaders,CEOs, International Ministers in Gujarat Conclave at PDEU

GANDHINAGAR, India - April 16, 2026 - PRLog -- The lunch break ends. The students are in haste to attend lectures and they are in constant concern of attending interviews of Global CEO Conclave.

The Global CEO Conclave organized as a part of Vibrant Gujarat Invited all Global Ministers, Leaders, CEOs and it was meant to become top event of Gujarat at the start of year.

When I attended the Interview room, I saw engineering students waiting for interview at the last. All other candidates from other branches were giving interviews and we were kept to wait for long.

Over the fear of missing lectures, I went directly to meet the interviewers and asked them to conduct Interviews of all the engineering students first since we were missing interviews. I was first to attend interview, got selected and then all the other engineering students appeared.

Then came the instance of getting customized Jade Blue Koti which became core sync with the Chief Minister and theme of Global CEO Conclave. Once everything was organized, we are good to host the big event.

All candidates met various CEOs, various ministers, escorted Global leaders. I remember few of the Hospitality Team members praising the leadership and all the students for syncing the entire event with other teams.

The experience was exceptional. For the first time, we came across so many Global CEOs and leaders. As 22 years old, it was one of the most surreal management experiences. All the candidates had enriched experience and it was one of the most crucial  experience.

Had I not taken initiative to take our interviews, I would have missed the opportunity and that would be the state  of my other batchmates. However we engaged, managed and lead the entire event in sync with other mangement companies and organizations.
