Everyone was unique and talented since inception of graduate education with lots of maiden exposureBy: Ador-AI That used to be my personal motto during bachelors. Looking back, I consider that bachelors which is among top 5 engineering colleges in the state provided required groundwork for exploring various fields. I explored manufacturing, super plasticity ( advanced manufacturing ), dancing, escorting leaders in global CEO conclave & management and various other activities parallely during my bachelors. Some ended up in AI/ML abroad, others joined top 10 business schools in India, few are designated in government and private jobs while others are working on family businesses or entrepreneurship. The state of art infrastructure provides us groundwork to explore everything: A. Advanced manufacturing B. 3-D printing C. Advanced CAD-CAM D. Innovation and Research I almost saw all machines, worked on them, utilised advanced software's since the campus had all equipment's equivalent to colleges internationally and at par with IITs. Alongwith co-curriculars, academics were at par with IITs with very strict grading. If you passéd with 7+ grade - you eventually ended with good scoring. Friends were very constructive, I vividly remember how we used to push each other to study more during final days of exams so that we get good grades, even we used to share study material and explain all concepts so that we pass with good grades. It was constructive, co-curricular based pedagogy which makes me consider that the campus is poised to make everyone versatile. And that also led to good grades of our batchmates. What makes me proud of my batch was that there was not a single incident of misconduct in all four years across our entire batch. There was no scope of any such activity online or offline with rigorous setups. Even students were not allowed to get in campus after a certain time. 80% attendance was mandate. Everyone was good in conduct and had one or another talent. It's continuous stride to see progress and growth of each and every batchmate in the time to come. End
