As a human resource professional, how would I create incentivization for Generation Z ? How would I know nuances of Human Resource management in the field of innovation and creativity during age of AI ? Say, I have peculiar use-case then how would I find talent in that field of AI ? That made me realize that the coursework of Human Resource Management is essential for crucial substantial upgrades in the longer run. The quick shifts that are happening in business landscape from finding nuanced talent, budgeting incentivization, crafting long term incentivization for employees are faster than 100 years ago.
