iGlowly calls this a Digital Clinical Library: a deterministic knowledge base, with AI for language -- not for decisions.

A PII/PHI anonymisation layer processes all input before any AI sees it. Because the system never stores Protected Health Information, no Business Associate Agreement is required -- removing a real legal friction point for clinics.

BUILT AROUND WHAT PATIENTS ACTUALLY ASK

The assistant uses concern-based treatment mapping. Clinics submit their practical and treatment info in a secure dashboard, and it takes around 10 minutes.

Anonymous analytics surface the treatments and concerns patients ask about most, and flag unmet demand -- treatments visitors request that the clinic does not yet offer. Most analytics tools tell clinics what happened. This tells them what to do next: which services to add, where demand already exists, and where competitors may be capturing patients they are not.
