New Survey: 64% of South Manchester & Cheshire Homes Listed for Sale Show Visible Exterior Neglect

"That could look like exterior condition is irrelevant," he says. "I read it the opposite way. It tells me this is a widespread pattern of deferred maintenance, and buyers read that pattern the moment they arrive."
