WORxK Solutions Launches Summer Series for Black Women Focused on Career and Well-Being

WASHINGTON - April 6, 2026 - PRLog -- In response to growing workplace pressures and career uncertainty impacting Black women across the country, WORxK Solutions, led by Career and Executive Coach Dr. Kristy Taylor, is launching the Summer Series for Black Women, a three-part professional and personal development experience designed to help women protect their well-being, strengthen their careers, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Across industries, Black women are facing increasing workplace pressure, job instability, and emotional fatigue while continuing to serve as leaders, caregivers, and pillars within their communities. The Summer Series for Black Women was created to address these realities directly by providing practical strategies, professional guidance, and a supportive environment where women can invest in their growth, protect their well-being, and position themselves for long-term success.

"Black women are often expected to carry extraordinary responsibilities in their workplaces, families, and communities," said Dr. Kristy Taylor, Founder and CEO of WORxK Solutions. "This series is about helping women sustain their impact without sacrificing their health, confidence, or career momentum. We want women to feel equipped, supported, and empowered to move forward with intention."

The Summer Series for Black Women will feature three interactive virtual sessions throughout the summer of 2026.
