Company of Immortals - Vivekananda and his impact on Spiritual World and Education

VADODARA, India - March 19, 2026 - PRLog -- As we start reminiscing about Vivekananda, first thought that comes to my mind is his immortality. He is still present, alive and having impeccable impact on the world of Spirituality, Education and Growth Story of Youth.

The first place that I visited in Kolkata was Belur Math. From building educational institutes to health-care hubs, Vivekananda is alive amidst us, in his thoughts and his spiritual teachings.

If anyone asked me that if I had an opportunity to create a statue of anyone personality ( except that of myself ) - I would proceed with Vivekananda.

Since childhood, Vivekananda has been in my from of reference. Most of the tasks that I considered far-fetched have been achieved owning to his presence in my frame of reference.

If a kid plays for 2 months and engages in 5 years of austerity - that can only come from leader like Vivekananda. If one absorbs his ideals, frame of mind and spirituality in a miniscule way - one can upgrade themselves instantly. When leaders like Vivekananda are kept at forefront, we are building society which is not only immersed in spirituality - rather it is built on pillars of education, growth and social harmony.

My admiration for Indian educational institutes especially technological universities and management schools increase when I see their association with Vivekananda and fellow leaders of organization built by him. From IITs to management schools, his frame of mind is immersed to everyone. This can be increased, one can immerse personal bonds of leaders of his organization with the students, that will upgrade youth landscape in an entire nation.

Vivekananda is a recent phenomenon, it is required that we as youth make him immortal and increase his presence for generations to come. His ideals, presence and frame of mind must live for the next 2000 years. That would ensure that we are scoring centuries when it comes to building leaders every now and then, generations after generations when it comes to Building Lions for coming 2000 years.
