"ANAB is an underwriter for the International Accreditation Forum (IAF)."

This role does not exist.

It is not recognized anywhere in IAF or ILAC documentation.

That single misrepresentation triggered a chain reaction:

• Every MLA/MRA partner
• Every "equivalent" accreditation body
• Every AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 certificate and their derivatives.
• Every registrar tied to ANAB or its equivalent MRA/MLA accreditation bodies.
• Every supplier relying on ANAB‑equivalent oversight

…became structurally compromised the moment that false claim appeared on a federal contract.

This wasn't a paperwork error.

This was ignition.

THE FOREIGN‑OVERSIGHT GAP NO ONE DISCLOSED

From 2015–2021, the IAF was chaired by a foreign national Xiao Jianhua-Chief Executive of the China National Accreditation Services CNAS- Beijing  (involved in global quality since 1994) whose position was legally bound by China's National Intelligence Law (Article 7). To transfer data to the government of China (Cybersecurity issues).

This overlapped directly with ANAB's misrepresentation on Contract 19AQMM18R0131.

During this same period, multiple U.S. federal agencies were:

• Members of ANSI–ANAB
• Customers of ANSI–ANAB
• Dependent on ANSI–ANAB certifications

• Investors
• Insurers

THE BOEING IMPLICATIONS — A SYSTEMIC FAILURE

For more than 25 years, Daryl Guberman documented a structural gap that no one wanted to acknowledge:

• AS9100 is not an FAA certification for flight-worthiness.
• AS9100 governs the components and structures that make up an aircraft.
• Boeing was not certified to AS9100 from July 2002 to the present.

AS9100-IA9100 some clauses within the standard requires independent oversight of internal processes — oversight that cannot occur without a valid, untainted accreditation chain.

This meant:

Because ANAB's accreditation chain was compromised:

• The AS9100 oversight structure collapsed.

Because G‑PMC LLC refused ANAB and IAF membership in 2016, it stands today as:

The only U.S. registrar not contaminated by MLA/MRA equivalency.

The only accreditation body not tied to ANAB's federal‑contract misrepresentation.

The only organization that remained structurally independent while the system collapsed.
