VERNET GROUP appoints Cyril Abegg as CEO, succeeding Benoit Halard

After 35 years of remarkable contributions to the company, Benoit Halard is handing over the CEO position of the Group to Cyril Abegg.

His leadership was marked by bold international expansion, and a successful diversification strategy built around three strategic pillars: Home & Building (Sanitary and HVAC), Mobility (Automotive, Truck and Aerospace), and Aftermarket.
