 CCERT Expands Computer Education Network to Nigeria Through Study Center PartnershipsAfter more than a decade of promoting digital skills and computer education in India, the Council of Computer Education Research and Training (CCERT) is inviting Nigerian institutes to collaborate as authorized study centers.
By: Council of Computer Education Research & Training Since 2011, CCERT has been working continuously in India to promote computer literacy and vocational training through a network of authorized study centers. These centers operate under a structured academic framework and provide students with industry-relevant computer training programs designed to improve digital skills and employability. Through its study center model, educational institutes and training organizations can partner with CCERT to offer certified computer education programs. The council provides curriculum support, certification, and academic guidelines that help institutes deliver structured computer training to students. CCERT study centers offer a variety of certificate and diploma programs including computer fundamentals, digital marketing, desktop publishing, computer accountancy, artificial intelligence with Python, and website designing. These courses are designed to provide practical knowledge that helps students succeed in the rapidly evolving digital economy. To ensure credibility and transparency, CCERT also provides an online certificate verification system that allows employers, institutions, and students to verify the authenticity of certificates issued by its authorized study centers. With Nigeria experiencing rapid growth in technology adoption and digital entrepreneurship, CCERT sees strong potential for expanding computer education and digital skills training in the country. The organization has already begun receiving inquiries from Nigerian training institutes interested in collaborating as authorized study centers.
