Donnalie Edwards-Cabey Named Her Legacy Leaders Founding Cohort 2026 Honoree

ST THOMAS, Virgin Islands, U.S. - March 9, 2026 - PRLog -- Donnalie Edwards-Cabey, CEO of Leaders Inspired LLC, founder of Y-TEENS VI INC, and author of Mindset Shift for Change Makers – Harnessing Executive Coaching to Transform Communities, has been named a Her Legacy Leaders – Founding Cohort 2026 Honoree, recognizing her decades-long commitment to leadership development and community transformation.

Based in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Edwards-Cabey has spent more than 30 years empowering leaders, youth, and community change-makers through executive coaching, nonprofit leadership development, and faith-based mentorship. Her work focuses on helping leaders move beyond fear, imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs so they can unlock their gifts and create lasting impact.

Her leadership journey includes serving as an international youth consultant with the World Council of Churches in Geneva, Switzerland, Youth Director for the Diocese of the North Eastern Caribbean and Aruba, and Program Manager for the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands. These experiences shaped her global perspective on leadership development and community transformation.

Through Leaders Inspired LLC, she works with executive directors, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, speakers, and community organizations to strengthen leadership capacity and develop emerging leaders.

Her nonprofit initiative Y-TEENS VI INC focuses on mentoring and developing young leaders across the Virgin Islands, preparing them to serve their communities with confidence and purpose.

Edwards-Cabey describes her work as helping leaders unlock their potential so they can create meaningful change.
