| North Carolina to Host Purple Heart National ConventionThe Purple Heart Convention is set for July 13 - 17 in New Bern, North Carolina
By: Purple Heart NC Purple Heart North Carolina, a 501-c3 volunteer organization, honors those who have borne the battle, those who have been injured or killed in battle. Freedom has never been free. Attendees from across America will converge on the Craven County Riverfront Convention Center in historic New Bern as Purple Heart North Carolina Annual National Convention begins July 13. Purple Heart members and Auxiliaries are encouraged to attend. The event will honor Purple Heart recipients, and recognize Auxiliary members, and Associate Members. Convention participants conduct official business, honor service and sacrifice, and strengthen the shared mission of advocacy, remembrance, and fellowship. The highlight of the event will be a Dinner and Patriotic Gala Thursday evening, July 16, and the Convention will conclude the next day, Friday, July 17. Registration is required for all convention attendees. The Patriotic Gala is a separate ticketed event. Keep in mind this National Convention will draw the attention of veterans and military-friendly patriots from across America. Sponsorships are available.
