![]() From Survival to Purpose: Coach Dasia Bobbs Launches Arose Healing InstituteAfter overcoming trauma, grief, and adversity, Bobbs launches a mission-driven platform helping individuals stabilize emotionally and rebuild Identity through The A.R.O.S.E. Method
Raised in a family environment marked by emotional instability and abuse, Bobbs spent much of her early life navigating survival dynamics that left her feeling unseen and unsupported. Growing up within a toxic family system influenced by narcissistic patterns and unresolved trauma, she developed severe anxiety and lived for years in what she now recognizes as a constant state of survival. Despite those challenges, Bobbs found stability and love through her grandparents, who became the primary emotional anchors in her life. When her grandmother passed away in 2020, followed by her grandfather in 2022, the losses triggered a profound season of grief and emotional destabilization. "Those losses forced me to confront the reality that the two people who made me feel safe in this world were gone," Bobbs explains. "At that point, I had to face everything I had been carrying internally for years." Shortly after her grandfather's passing, Bobbs made the life-altering decision to leave her marriage and begin again with her children. Without financial security, emotional support, or a clear path forward, she relocated to Orlando, Florida. What followed was a season of intense emotional struggle as she navigated grief, instability, and the difficult realization that healing would require confronting deeper wounds she had long suppressed. During that period, Bobbs openly acknowledges that she struggled deeply while searching for ways to cope with overwhelming emotional pain. "I was grieving deeply and trying to survive," she says. "But eventually I realized that external validation, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and temporary comfort could never give me the peace I was searching for." That realization became a turning point. Through faith, personal development, and deep self-reflection, Bobbs began rebuilding her life from the inside out. "I came to understand that healing begins internally," This transformation ultimately led Bobbs to pursue professional certifications and create The A.R.O.S.E. Method™, a structured framework designed to help individuals move from survival-based living toward emotional stabilization, self-trust, and identity rebuilding. The A.R.O.S.E. Method™ — which stands for Awareness, Regulation, Ownership, Stabilization, and Expansion — now serves as the foundational framework behind the programs offered through Arose Healing Institute. Through her work, Bobbs combines trauma-informed principles, grief education, nervous system regulation strategies, and faith-rooted restoration practices to support individuals navigating trauma, loss, and emotional exhaustion. "A lot of people are trying to grow while their nervous system is still in survival mode," Bobbs explains. "Before expansion can happen, stabilization has to come first." Bobbs also explores the principles behind her framework in her upcoming book, The A.R.O.S.E. Method™, releasing in March 2026. The book introduces readers to the stabilization process and practical steps for rebuilding emotional stability, identity, and self-trust after trauma. Today, Bobbs continues expanding Arose Healing Institute as a platform focused on emotional healing, education, and community support. Her work includes coaching programs, digital education, speaking engagements, and resources designed to help individuals break generational patterns and rebuild their lives. Individuals seeking deeper support can also join The Arose Collective, Bobbs' private online community where members explore trauma recovery, emotional stabilization, and personal development through discussions, teachings, and guided healing resources. "Everything I do is about helping people realize that their story is not over," Bobbs says. "Healing is possible. Stability is possible. And people deserve to live from identity — not survival."
