Tech similar to LLM got inception in 2015 in India, however no encouragement at right time led to fall-out of growth of LLM. Now we are picking it up from other way around.

You are creating a world that does not exist yet. It requires you to have a grasp of present state of technological development, market maturity in terms of picking up products and finally capability to roll out final innovation.
