Alam Educational & Welfare Trust Launches Free Coaching Program for Rural Students

Free coaching classes, study materials, and mentorship programs aim to support students from low-income families and improve education access in rural communities.

HAZARIBAG, India - Feb. 26, 2026 - PRLog -- Access to quality education remains a major challenge for many rural students across India. To help bridge this gap, Alam Educational & Welfare Trust has launched a free coaching program aimed at supporting underprivileged students in rural areas of Jharkhand.

The initiative offers regular coaching classes in mathematics, English, science, and general knowledge for school students who cannot afford private tuition. The program also provides study materials, guidance sessions, and motivational workshops to encourage students to stay focused on their education.

Founder Mahmood Alam said the initiative was created after seeing talented students struggle due to financial limitations. "Many children want to study but lack support. Through this program, we want to ensure every student gets a fair chance to learn and succeed," he said.

The coaching classes are conducted with the help of local teachers and volunteers who dedicate their time to mentoring students. Parents in the community have expressed appreciation for the effort, saying the program has reduced their financial burden and improved their children's interest in studies.

Students attending the classes shared that they now feel more confident about exams and future goals. Some participants are preparing for competitive exams, while others are working to improve basic learning skills.

In addition to academic coaching, the Trust also provides career awareness sessions to guide students toward higher education and vocational opportunities. Volunteers help students understand different career paths and motivate them to continue their studies.

Community members say the initiative is bringing positive change. By providing education support within villages, students do not need to travel far or spend extra money, making learning more accessible.

The Trust plans to expand the free coaching program to nearby villages and introduce digital learning tools in the coming months. Future initiatives may include scholarship support and skill development workshops to help youth become self-reliant.

Through its education programs, Alam Educational & Welfare Trust hopes to create lasting impact in rural communities. By helping students learn and grow, the organization aims to build a future where education opens doors to better opportunities for every child.
