Century Cruises Europe Showcases European Expansion at ITB Berlin 2026

Scheduled for its inaugural voyage on 18 September 2026, Century Star has been designed to meet the highest environmental standards. The vessel features a sophisticated hybrid propulsion system to optimize fuel consumption and a hull constructed from recycled steel, reducing its carbon footprint from inception in alignment with Europe's net-zero carbon ambitions.

Century Star represents a unique partnership between Chinese visionary design and Western shipbuilding expertise through collaboration with Concordia Damen Shipbuilding. The ship's interiors, curated by MDesigns, create a living cultural tapestry inspired by the landscapes and heritage of the Danube region.

The Main Restaurant, recognized as a 2025 CSI Awards Finalist for Concept of the Year, captures the essence of Germany's Black Forest. The Bar and Lounge reflects the Baroque architecture and musical heritage of composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven and Johann Strauss II. From the lobby's homage to Bulgaria's Rose Valley to cabins reflecting the charm of a traditional Serbian home, guests are immersed in the spirit of every country along the river.
