- Login to Bigpond page
- Enter Bigpond mail address as username
- Click forgot password
- Click continue with Bigpond mail address
- Choose recovery method
- Latest email or phone number you want to receive Telstra link
- Open the link in browser
- Verify date of birth of account holder
- Create new password key or password
- Confirm password
- Verify through one time code sent as SMS by Telstra
- Enter 6-digit code
- Click save or done
