Throughout his career, Kascmar has held leadership positions with 21st Century Oncology, McKesson, Dartmouth Health and Cedars-Sinai, where he guided organizations through complex transformations, including the integration of hospital service lines, oncology programs and ambulatory networks nationwide. Known for his execution-focused leadership style, Kascmar has led operational turnarounds, de novo expansions and joint ventures that reduced wait times, improved patient access and achieved high levels of patient satisfaction. His collaborative approach empowers multidisciplinary teams while fostering a strong organizational culture.
