ICI Homes Honored with Silver Awards at The Nationals

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Feb. 18, 2026 - PRLog -- ICI Homes, a Florida-based custom homebuilder and one of the nation's most esteemed builders, proudly announces the company was honored with two Silver Awards at The Nationals, the National Association of Home Builders' largest awards competition, held at the International Builders' Show in Orlando.

ICI Homes achieved a Silver Award in the Building Industry Community Spirit Award category for its Homes for Hope initiative at Oakmont in Gainesville. The builder, alongside its partners at David Weekley Homes, received a Silver Award for Best Lifestyle Program for a Community at Seven Pines in Jacksonville.

The ICI Homes for Hope initiative exemplifies the company's commitment to giving back and making a difference in others' lives. ICI Homes and its industry partners constructed and sold a custom home at its Oakmont community in Gainesville with proceeds benefitting four local charities. The sale generated $210,000, which resulted in each of the following organizations receiving a $52,500 donation.

The lifestyle program at Seven Pines is designed to help residents feel connected from the moment they arrive, transforming a new development into a connected neighborhood. The objective was to create experiences that foster relationships, establish traditions, and promote togetherness.
