• Replay them synchronously or independently
• Export a stereo MP3 file (left channel: floor; right channel: interpretation)

This enables structured performance review, trainer evaluation, student assessment, and professional portfolio development.

Integrated twin-track recording without additional hardware is not currently available in other CAI tools.

Consecutive Mode Designed for Real-World Practice

Recognizing that a significant proportion of legal and diplomatic work is conducted consecutively, TerpMate introduces a tablet-based workspace tailored specifically to consecutive interpreting.

The interface combines:

• Handwritten note-taking
• Synchronized speech recognition
• Full-text translation in scrolling view
• Intuitive pause/resume control to follow speaker turns
