Hope Healthcare Services Receives Indiana Department of Health Partnership Award

AVON, Ind. - Feb. 18, 2026 - PRLog -- Hope Healthcare Services is honored to receive the Indiana Department of Health's Public Health Partnership Award, presented in recognition of "Outstanding Partnership to Advance Community Health."

The award recognizes Hope's collaboration with the Hendricks County Health Department—enhanced by Health First Indiana support—to expand access to essential health services, remove barriers to care, and strengthen public health capacity for neighbors most in need.

According to the award citation, this partnership has expanded screenings, referrals, care coordination, dental access, and modern health infrastructure—creating lasting improvements and meaningful opportunities for better health for all.
