Through personalized, relationship- In her role, Gross will meet directly with newcomers to learn about their interests, needs, and goals, helping them navigate opportunities for Jewish and community engagement across St. Louis. Her work will center on building one-on-one relationships that foster belonging and long-term community involvement. A St. Louis native, Gross brings a diverse background that includes corporate experience as well as extensive volunteer leadership within the Jewish community. She holds a degree in business and communications from The George Washington University. She lives in St. Louis with her spouse, two children, and two dogs. "I am excited to lead Shalom St. Louis and help connect new residents to our community," Gross said. "By welcoming newcomers and helping them build relationships, we strengthen Jewish life across the region."
