KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - Feb. 11, 2026 - PRLog -- Malaysia is set to host a next-generation yarn manufacturing showcase facility, marking an important milestone in advanced textile production and sustainable industrial development.

The facility is being developed by Sai Top Textile Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB) as financial and ecosystem partner, with Rieter appointed as the core technology provider.

Rieter, a Swiss manufacturer with over 240 years of industry experience, will supply advanced spinning systems and integrated digital manufacturing technologies to support high production standards, operational efficiency, and sustainable performance.

Designed as a global showcase model, the facility will demonstrate modern yarn production technologies, responsible sourcing frameworks, and digitally enabled manufacturing systems aimed at improving efficiency, traceability, and ESG-aligned operations.

Malaysia will serve as the pilot and reference site for this manufacturing platform, enabling international stakeholders to evaluate and potentially replicate the integrated production approach.

Sai Top Textile will lead industrial operations and manufacturing execution, while BCIB will support project structuring, strategic financing, and international stakeholder engagement in alignment with institutional and sustainable finance standards.
