GOS Open - Indore Concludes Successfully, Marking Milestone for Padel Growth in Central India

God of Sports successfully concluded the GOS Open, a one-day padel tournament held at Venus Sports Arena, Indore. The event marked an important milestone in the growth of padel in Central India, attracting competitive players and new entrants to the sport.

The tournament featured Open Doubles and 35 Split categories and followed a Round Robin format to ensure maximum on-court play. Participants included experienced padel players as well as tennis and badminton athletes exploring padel for the first time.

Venus Sports Arena provided professional-grade courts and player-friendly facilities, including refreshments, amenities, and free parking. Player registration began at 8:30 AM, with matches starting at 10:00 AM and continuing through the day.

Indore Mayor Shri Pushyamitra Bhargav attended the event and encouraged participants, highlighting increasing civic support for sports development and alternative racquet sports in the city.

Dhruv Gupta and Manan Gandhi won the championship title, followed by runners-up Rehan Malik and Azhar Khan. Jatin Agarwal and Sarthak Tongia finished third. Winners and runners-up received trophies, while all participants were awarded God of Sports merchandise.

Following the success of the Indore edition, God of Sports announced upcoming GOS Open tournaments in Ludhiana, Raipur, and Mumbai as part of its nationwide padel development initiative.
